Campaign Information

Dan vows to work in close partnership with Conservative councillors, county councilors and local communities to campaign to :-

  • retain of vital cardiac and cancer care services at Ipswich Hospital and stop the transfer of essential hospital services away from Ipswich.
  • fight for a fairer deal for Suffolk in funding from national Government for vital transport infrastructure and key public services.
  • protect the Suffolk countryside from inappropriate development, and the support of rural shops, services, pubs, post offices and GP Advice Bureaux.
  • provide more support for local businesses in these difficult economic times, and help create job opportunities for local people.
  • maintain high educational standards in local schools and support the expansion of further educational facilities at Suffolk New College, University Campus Suffolk, and at Otley College.
